Snowmobile Trails and Associations

The North Mountain Riders Snowmobile Club has miles and miles of groomed trails covering approximately 300 square miles of dense forest, mountain ranges with plenty of wildlife such as elk, moose and deer with rest shelters overlooking the scenic Valley below.

The Swan Valley Snowmobile Association/ATV Association has continued to be active over the last year, upgrading our new warm up shelters including the grand opening of the Wellman Lake Trail Shelter (The Cowan Trail Shelter will have a grand opening at a later date), erection of podium signage and ongoing upgrading and signage to our trail system. The club had over 1100 signatures that visited the warm up shelters this past season. Our mission statement is to promote safe, enjoyable snowmobiling and quading in the Swan River Valley through education and trail development. Summer or winter we hope you enjoy your stay with us.
